Processor Socket is a main socket in the Motherboard. We can find our type of motherboard by Processor Socket.
Using, Old Processors Sockets
We can't upgrade new processors to these old processors sockets. because, new processors are not Match with this processors sockets, when damaged to processor, we must remove full Motherboard. Therefore Old processors and old motherboard (Old Processor Socket) are alway removing from the world. These old processors, Processor Socket and also processor are adding to Computer History.
